Donations from Board Members NRD
Philosophy
St. Joseph’s Foundation relies on the volunteerism and financial support of the community. To this end, each Board member is asked to give of his/her time, talents and resources.
It is the goal of St. Joseph’s Foundation that 100% of Board members make a personal gift annually while serving on the Board of Directors.
Board members are asked to help in the following ways:
- Members of St. Joseph’s Foundation (SJFTB) Board of Directors should identify and evaluate prospects for donations to SJFTB.
- Cultivate and solicit gifts from such prospects, actively support SJFTB fundraising programs by their presence
- Offer personal acknowledgments to donors and volunteers, as set out on SJFTB’s Donor Stewardship policy
- SJFTB Board members should provide leadership and actively advocate for SJFTB’s mission and priorities and the necessity of SJFTB’s fundraising efforts.
- SJFTB Board members should each make a personally significant gift to SJFTB a charitable giving priority for the duration of their term on the Board of Directors.
