Have you met a special staff person at St. Joseph’s Care Group recently? It may be the physiotherapist in rehabilitative care working with you after a knee or hip replacement, or a special PSW who is caring for a loved one or neighbour who lives in Hogarth Riverview Manor or Bethammi Nursing Home, or a friend or loved one who is in the final stage of life receiving compassionate care from the nursing staff in our Hospice and Palliative care program. It may be any of the exceptional healthcare professionals, volunteers, dietary, housekeeping staff that work for St. Joseph’s Care Group and have gone the extra mile to make sure you or a loved one felt cared for.
Our Caring Moments program allows patients, family and friends to say thank you to the unsung heroes at St. Joseph’s Care Group, to show your gratitude for the caregiver’s compassion and quality care by contributing to innovative health care technology and equipment as a tribute to them. St. Joseph’s Foundation is honoured to share the first three “Caring Moments” stories from our clients and their families. Each story tells their personal experience with the care and compassion provided by the staff of St. Joseph’s Care Group.
Become a part of the Caring Moments program and share your gift of gratitude by making a donation in appreciation of the care your family received. Your donation ensures that all patients, clients and residents continue to receive the best possible care.
